Getting to Avia

To Kalamata

The quickest way to get to Avia is by flying into Kalamata International airport

Flights come into Kalamata from the UK on Sundays from Manchester and Gatwick.

It takes around 40 minutes by car from the airport to reach Avia.

Cars can be hired at the airport but it is best to pre book.

A taxi ride from the airport would cost around 35 euro.

To Athens

Another option and one we reccomend is to fly into Athens and then take the coach to Kalamata. This can be very relaxing and allows you to take in the beautiful scenery.

You can then pick up a hire car in Kalamata.

To get from the airport to the coach station simply take a taxi or the X93 bus.
